What are the delivery charges?

If you choose to buy the paperback version of the publication your order is charged at £1.00 per publication for delivery within the UK, and £3.00 per publication for delivery outside of the UK. If you chose to download the PDF version of the publication there is no delivery charge.

What are the despatch times?

All paperback deliveries will be made by First Class mail and typically take 48 hours from point of despatch if delivered within the UK, two weeks if delivered outside of the UK.

The time between order and despatch shall be no longer than two working days.

Who can sign for a delivery?

No signature is required for a delivery.

How do I return an item?

You may return any paperback products you have purchased within 7 days of delivery. To do so you must notify us in writing or other durable medium (including email) within those 7 days. You will then be entitled to a refund from the CSFI, which will be paid as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days. You must arrange for and pay the costs of returning the products to the CSFI. While in your possession, you must keep the products you intend to return to us in good condition.

If

• the product delivered is not what you ordered (including any Substitute products); or
• the product delivered is not of a satisfactory quality;

The CSFI will, at its discretion, deliver to you a replacement product or refund to you the price paid and your reasonable costs of returning the products.

Where is my delivery?

If the estimated time from the despatch of your order to its delivery has passed and you still have not received your order, please let us know by emailing info@csfi.org.uk .

If, for any reason, the estimated delivery date for your order is delayed we will email you with your new expected delivery date.
